Planning a wedding, then check out the most romantic wedding destination in Corozal Belize called Maruba Resort Jungle Spa.
It all came about from looking for a vacation in Belize, and deciding that it would be fun to not be on a beach or on a Caye. Suddenly Maruba Resort Jungle Spa appeared on a website and instead of thinking towards a Spa Resort Vacation, it suddenly seemed the right thing to do, to choose it as a most romantic of romantic wedding destinations.
This was the way a group of friends heard a confirmed bachelor make the most pathetic of pathetic excuses about why he was suddenly picking a romantic wedding destination in the jungles of Belize, and then expecting friends to rush to his support. You would think a man of thirty eight would really have more sense.
The Maruba Resort Jungle Spa is a lovely romantic vacation destination anyway, and a lovely boutique hotel with 20 rooms in the jungle and well off the beaten track in the north of Belize in an area known as Corozal. Frankly if you are seeking a romantic wedding destination then there isn’t much doubt that getting married in this particular exotic tropical destination beats a beach wedding every day of the week.
At the Maruba Resort Jungle Spa what you will get, after completing some fairly simple requirements to obtain a Marriage License in Belize, is the following. The wedding will take place under coconut palms and surrounded by beautiful coloured and perfumed tropical flowers. There will be music coming from an unknown place in the jungle, and the bride is escorted to her wedding by two local natives fanning her with palm fronds. Most romantic of all is an evening wedding under the star filled tropical sky to the accompaniment of drums, and lit by jungle torches. There will be tribal dances, exotic drinks, and superb cuisine. Maruba Resort Jungle Spa can give you a totally romantic wedding destination.
At the same time the guests will have the unique opportunity of staying in a place where the new millenium seems to have somehow missed it out. This is a spa resort vacation like no other, and from the moment you arrive you will feel the difference, with incense burning, and a rum punch in your hand you’ll be given the grand tour. With 20 accommodation units the Maruba Resort Jungle Spa is very much a boutique hotel, and of course ideal as a romantic honeymoon destination, which is why the bride and groom stayed where they were and so did their wedding party to enjoy to the full everything this amazing spa resort vacation has to offer.
It is a day spa as well as a hotel, so there are two pools, one exclusively for guests. You will find an outdoor mineral bath in the jungle part of the grounds. The swimming pool has a waterfall, just so apt for an exotic tropical vacation destination, and just the place to cool off after experiencing outings like the nearby Mayan Ruins, or zip lining the jungle canopy or tubing in caves. Superb picnics with cold boxes will accompany you, and you’ll quite simply be spoiled. The food will spoil you too, and there is even the chance to try local game. The accommodation is also amazing, but this article will now finish before too many people take a fancy to Maruba Resort Jungle Spa and turn up and maybe spoil this unspoilt place. Romantic wedding destination – definitely. Romantic Honeymoon Destination – absolutely. Romantic exotic tropical vacation destination that could be the best in Belize – very much so.
