In any big city- there are spas for just about any service- from massages to facials. But some places are offering different treatments– for those who are overworked and under-rested. Ebru News reporter Kerry Ederer visited a spa in NYC to learn more about the trend of power napping. It’s no secret, many of us are tired. Here at Yelo Spa on 57th Street in New York City, there’s a special service for those of us who didn’t get enough sleep the night before. Owner Nicolas Ronco said, “I used to be in the corporate world, I used to work for Time Warner…and like everyone else, by 3pm, I was extremely tired.” So three years ago, Ronco opened Yelo Spa, a place where New Yorkers could relax, destress– and most importantly, nap. The signature treatment here is called the Yelo Nap. “I really wanted to build the ideal napping environment. Even better than when you were five and your mom was tucking you in,” Ronco said.

Costa Rica Spas and Retreats: Do They Costa Fortune?
The small Central American country of Costa Rica, thanks in large part to its two coastlines, rain forest, and interior jungle rivers, has become one of the Western Hemisphere’s tourist magnets, with vacationers now numbering more than one million each year.
