This resort is on Crown Isle which is a private 15-acre peninsula.
It has a new restaurant, Mistral, that offers a great menu made completely with organic ingredients and includes locally caught seafood and meat that is naturally raised. To top it all off, the chefs use herbs and vegetables right from the private gardens on the resort.
